General Conference
I have watched or listened to every session of conference for as long as I can remember. But even though I've been living in Utah for the last 6 years, I have never actually been to the conference center for a session. But I am SO excited because I finally got tickets! For my last few months in Utah I get to go to conference. Yay!

You are so lucky! I've never been to the Conference Center for General Conference, either. I did get to go to the General Relief Society broadcast once, though. It was the one where President Uchtdorf talked about creativity. Sooo good! :)
ReplyDeleteYou will love it!! I served my mission on Temple Sq and can never get enough of the conference center! Just incase you were wondering it seats 21,000 people, has enough wiring to go around the equator twice and can fit 2 474 planes wing to wing in it. Also the organ has 7,700 pipes, the pulpit was made from a tree in Preisdent Hinckley's yard, and some of the organ pipes are green, I know because I have climbed through the pipes. Oh and playing the organ is fun! You will LOVE it!
